Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your skin results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box to ensure prompt processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
